Game rules
- Quiz is strictly restricted to IET members and IET on-campus undergraduates
- Quiz will consist of 25 questions and need to be answered within 30 minutes
- Questions will be a combination of MCQ’s, short answers, and calculations.
- For the short answers, write the answer and unit (if required). E.g.: 100 kg, 679, 200 Mbps. Do not keep spaces at the beginning of the answer.
- Contestants shall use the same name, which they used in the zoom registration, for the quiz.
- Contestants shall use the same email address, which they used in the zoom registration, for the quiz.
- Quiz link will be communicated at 6.25 pm, in the chat window. The Quiz link will be opened at 6.30 pm.
- Answers must be submitted before 7.00 p.m. Contestants who are unable to submit before 7.00 p.m. will receive zero marks.
- To be eligible for an award, a contestant should have had a minimum of 15 correct answers.
- Three winners will be selected by their marks. In the event of there are equal marks, the winner will be selected by ranking the amount of time taken for the submission.
- Winners will be contacted by the organizing team to verify the identity after 7.00 pm via a phone call. After the call, the contestant should WhatsApp either a university identity card or IET membership card to the same IET organizing team contact.
- Verification process is of utmost importance. If the winner has missed the verification process, he/she will not be awarded as a winner.
- Winners will be announced before 7.30 pm, so the contestants will be requested to stay online in the session.
